NDIS

The Parenting Garden is now a registered NDIS provider.

Our continence/bedwetting products and other assistive products for personal care and safety can be funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The Parenting Garden provides assistive products for daily living including:

NDIS management options:

We have three options available to manage your NDIS funding, including:

  • NDIA Managed (NDIS pays registered providers on your behalf)
  • Plan Managed (NDIS pays a registered plan manager who then pays providers)
  • Self Managed (You pay providers directly with your NDIS funding) 

 

How to order:

NDIA Managed Plans

  1. Call Tanya on 1800 008 202 to discuss your needs OR
  2. Email support@theparentinggarden.com.au with your plan and order details.
  3. The Parenting Garden will generate a 'Service Booking' using the NDIS Provider Portal, for the item/s requested.
  4. After NDIS approval of the Service Booking, you will receive confirmation.
  5. The Parenting Garden will post the order to you via Australia Post's signature required delivery with tracking.
  6. The Parenting Garden can claim payment for the Service Booking through the portal.

Plan Managed

  1. Call Tanya on 1800 008 202 to discuss your needs OR
  2. Email support@theparentinggarden.com.au with your plan, order details and details of your Plan Manager, OR
  3. Your Plan Manager can contact us directly on your behalf.
  4. The Parenting Garden will produce an invoice to your Plan Manager to initiate the payment.
  5. When payment has been recieved by The Parenting Garden, we will post the order to you via Australia Post's signature required delivery with tracking.

Self Managed (pay for your order then seek reimbursement from NDIS)

  1. Place your order online and pay by credit card, Paypal or bank deposit.
  2. Contact us by phone or email so we can provide you with a tax invoice. This is so you can arrange reimbursement from the NDIS. 
  3. The Parenting Garden will post the order to you via Australia Post's signature required delivery with tracking.
  4. You will then claim payment from the NDIS and the NDIS will reimburse you directly.

Self Managed (seek reimbursement from NDIS first, then pay us)

  1. Contact us by phone or email with your plan and order details so we can provide you with a tax invoice. This is so you can arrange reimbursement from the NDIS. 
  2. Once you receive funds from NDIS, you then pay The Parenting Garden.
  3. The Parenting Garden will post the order to you via Australia Post's signature required delivery with tracking.

 

Shipping of orders:

All orders are despatched via Australia Post's eParcel Signature on Delivery service. Following despatch, you will receive an email with a link to Australia Post's online tracking tool.
