NDIS

The Parenting Garden is now a registered NDIS provider.

Our continence/bedwetting products and other assistive products for personal care and safety can be funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The Parenting Garden provides assistive products for daily living including:

NDIS management options:

We have three options available to manage your NDIS funding, including:

  • NDIA Managed (NDIS pays registered providers on your behalf)
  • Plan Managed (NDIS pays a registered plan manager who then pays providers)
  • Self Managed (You pay providers directly with your NDIS funding) 

 

How to order using your NDIS funding:

 

 

Are you a Plan Manager or Support Coordinator?

  1. Email support@theparentinggarden.com.au with the participants name, NDIS number, DOB, Plan Manager details and products required, OR
  2. Complete the NDIS Payment Request Form and select 'Plan-Managed', OR
  3. Call Tanya on 1800 008 202 to discuss your client's needs.
  4. We will email an invoice to the Plan Manager to initiate the payment.
  5. When payment has been recieved by The Parenting Garden, we will post the order to the participant via Australia Post delivery with full tracking.

Self Managed options for payment:

You have two ways you can place your order if you are self-managing your plan. You can either pay for your order first then seek reimbursement from NDIS, or seek reimbursement from NDIS first, then pay us. Refer to the below instructions for your chosen preference:

Option 1. Pay for your order then seek reimbursement from NDIS

  1. Place your order online and pay by credit card, afterpay, Paypal or bank deposit.
  2. Complete the NDIS Payment Request Form and select 'Self-Managed'.
  3. Make sure you tick the 'Do you require a tax invoice?' box, OR
  4. Contact us by phone or email so we can provide you with a tax invoice.
  5. We will post the order to you via Australia Post delivery with full tracking.
  6. You can then claim payment from the NDIS and the NDIS will reimburse you directly.

Option 2. Seek reimbursement from NDIS first, then pay us

  1. Complete the NDIS Payment Request Form and select 'Self-Managed'.
  2. Make sure you tick the 'Do you require a tax invoice?' box, OR
  3. Contact us by phone or email so we can provide you with a tax invoice.
  4. You can then claim the funds from the NDIS.
  5. Once you receive funds from NDIS, place your order online and pay by credit card, afterpay, Paypal or bank deposit.
  6. We will post the order to you via Australia Post delivery with full tracking.

 

Shipping of orders:

All orders are despatched by Australia Post. Following despatch, you will receive an email with a link to Australia Post's online tracking tool.
