Postage / Shipping
Orders to an Australian address are dispatched at a flat rate cost of $8.00 which includes postage and handling. FREE standard postage applies to orders over $75. This will be shown at checkout. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them, providing payment is received. All orders are sent via Australia Post's eParcel with full tracking, unless stated differently.
Standard delivery time is 2-6 business days and orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. This is a 'signature required on delivery' service so if you are not home to receive your order, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will need to collect your parcel from your local post office. If you would like your order left at your address without a signature requirement, please indicate your instructions in the notes at checkout. Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage charge will apply to have it resent.
Pickup is available if you live in the Adelaide Hills (South Australia), so please email us at email@example.com or use our contact page to arrange a suitable pickup date and time.
We are currently open to receiving orders from New Zealand and the United Kingdom at this point in time. We will look at shipping to other countries in the near future. If you are a resident in another country where international shipping is not offered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
Tracking Your Parcel
You can follow the progress of your parcel using your Tracking Number. You can find your tracking number in the Shipping Notification email for your parcel or in My Account. Click here to sign in and retrieve your Tracking Number.

If your shipping address is correct and you have not received your package or a delivery attempted notification card within the average delivery time frame then please contact us.
We at The Parenting Garden are happy to provide a refund or replace any item that is found to be faulty. If you change your mind about an item's colour, we are happy to exchange it, however, the return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
