Postage & Returns

Postage within Australia

All orders are dispatched from Mount Pleasant in South Australia (5235). Orders to an Australian address will be lodged with Australia Post on the same business day (if ordered by 2:30pm EST).


  • Standard shipping up to 1kg is $10.95. 
  • Standard shipping between 1kg to 3kg is $19.95. 
  • Standard shipping for heavy item (3kg to 20kg) is $30.00.


  • Express shipping up to 500g is $14.95.
  • Express shipping between 500g to 1kg is $19.95.
  • Express shipping on bulky items will vary from $27 to $35, depending on the weight range.


  • All postage costs include handling.
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post's MyPost Business with full tracking.
  • All orders will be sent without signature on delivery for contactless delivery, unless requested by you.
  • Standard post delivery time is 3-8 business days (depending on your location) and for Express Post, some areas within Australia will be delivered the following business day. Regional areas will be 2-4 business days.
  • All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday.
  • If no one is home at time of delivery, a card will be left at your premises with instructions on where to pick up your parcel. 
  • If you require your parcel be sent with 'signature on delivery', please indicate your instructions in the notes at checkout.  
  • Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage charge will apply to have it resent.

Pickup is available if you live in Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley or Mid Murray areas of South Australia, so please email us at or use our contact page to arrange a suitable pickup date and time.


International Shipping

We are currently open to receiving orders from New Zealand and the United Kingdom at this point in time. We will look at shipping to other countries in the near future. If you are a resident in another country where international shipping is not offered, please email us at to inquire. 


Tracking Your Parcel

You can follow the progress of your parcel using your Tracking Number. You can find your tracking number in the Shipping Notification email for your parcel or in My Account. Click here to sign in and retrieve your Tracking Number.

If your shipping address is correct and you have not received your package or a delivery attempted notification card within the average delivery time frame then please contact us.



We at The Parenting Garden are happy to provide a refund or replace any item that is found to be faulty.  If you change your mind about an item's colour, we are happy to exchange it, however, the return shipping is at the cost of the customer.  Please contact us at if you have a question about a return or have any concerns about your item received.
